When recently selling an elderly family member’s home of 50 years, it was clear that Trish undertook significant market research, possessed in-depth knowledge of the local market, developed an appropriate selling strategy (including clear instructions on timing and what work should and should not be undertaken on the property) and targeted the market appropriately.  Selling a long term family home can be an emotional and stressful time, which was made all the easier by Trish’s ability to listen and address any concerns we had, any time of day.  In fact given the preparatory work undertaken, the property sold in 4 days from listing with significant interest from targeted parties.  Needless to say we were very happy with final selling price.
